NEGAH OFFICE BUILDING

This project has been designed and constructed in 9 levels including 8 office levels & 1 commercial level and 5 levels including parking. Boozhgan accepted the project while the principle structure had been constructed. This issue caused limitations in the process of design. This office building is located in one of the densely populated street of Tehran. The edges of this street are covered by gray and unidentified character buildings. Night views of building which is important part of the project existence was really crucial from the design`s first step. Office spaces in different levels have been planned to be open and flexible and the south edge of each office unit has integrated view to the city.
The process of design led us to present color in our project. The precise details used in the facade transmit the natural light across the building in order to decrease the energy consumption. Since the ultimate goal of any building is to be well thought out and great quality, we designed this building with approach towards environment and provided the summer and winter facade. This project is the consequence of effort to create a mint but familiar design for citizens in one of the most crowded streets in Tehran.
