On the edge of the Pacific Lutheran University (PLU) campus, is a new facility designed to accommodate the University’s on-air radio station KPLU.
The 17,810 SF, 3 story building, has been LEED “Gold” certified. Sustainability achievements include brick and a combination of textured and smooth metal panels, which create a rain sheen façade system.
It contains performance studios with on-air support spaces; offices; conference rooms; music library and other support functions.
