Nebulosa is an ephemeral space, outlined by its airiness, flexibility and temporary nature, creating a safe environment for kids to play. It addresses children between 0 and 3 years old, who hardly ever have free leisure facilities. Thus, the projected pneumatic structure offers a secure and appealing play area where kids can explore and move freely, crucial factors in their early life. At the same time, they are able to interact with their surroundings through the external stimuli perceived.
Nebulosa’s main value lies in the ability to generate a transparent, translucent and accessible environmental envelope. As a space for children, the structure is soft and mobile, without rough borders, reducing the risk and providing both a sense of protection and freedom. This type of architecture encourages a direct interaction between space and kids through touching, pushing and moving around without restrictions, activities that reinforce their motor and sensorial skills.
Moreover, the structure made of recyclable materials allows a quick and adaptable installation, accommodating itself easily in multiple locations: opened or closed, hard or soft, artificial or natural.
