Nducha Apartment was the result of decorating second home residential apartment for a local businessman and his family. The main request was to create a very confortable and unique space considering the nature concept that the Nducha building offers. The color scale deleted for this project went form walnut hardwood to the purple velvet and gray scales, all of which could only be reached by the neutral base provided by the building finishes.
The creative process was adapted to the family needs and functionality. The unit considers a large open social area with living and dinning room. The open kitchen was also an element to remark and also the connection that provided to the family room was a key element to offer a unique set up for the family more private gatherings.
The master bedroom was planned with rich decorating elements to highlight the decorating elements. The full body mirror as well as the reading chair in beige velvet provide the perfect setting to appreciate and to relax with the unique view.
The other two bedrooms each proved special elements and details. The eight months process that took to complete this project was a very challenging and emotional process. The final result was an outstanding and unique apartment for the family that requested it.
