As work cultures evolve toward flexibility, wellness, and digital fluency, Navratna Corporate Park rises as a new paradigm of vertical office design in India. Conceived as a next-gen urban workplace, the project reinterprets the corporate campus as a sky-bound, biophilic environment—offering not just space to work, but space to breathe, connect, and thrive.
Located in Ahmedabad’s Transit Oriented Development Zone, the 10,000 sq.m. corner site hosts twin 70-meter towers composed of stacked, interlocking volumes. Their dynamic silhouette is wrapped in a high-performance envelope of double-glazed glass, vertical fins, and metallic panels, forging a distinct architectural identity in the city’s growing skyline.
A double-height atrium welcomes users into an expansive foyer, flowing into premium retail and office spaces. Above, flexible office floors range from 2,000 to 20,000 sq.ft., with private cores, exclusive elevators, and bespoke branding opportunities. At the heart of the design lies a series of lush sky gardens and landscaped terraces between the towers—breakout zones that blend café culture with green retreat, offering a spatial antidote to screen fatigue.
Navratna’s sustainable agenda is equally ambitious: solar PV panels, operable windows, and modular plug-and-play systems drive energy efficiency. An MBBR-based STP recycles wastewater for irrigation, and rainwater harvesting supports aquifer recharge. Together with IE3-grade motors and low-consumption fixtures, these systems minimize operational costs while maximizing ROI.
More than a workplace, Navratna Corporate Park challenges the conventions of the Indian office block. It is a human-centered, tech-enabled, ecologically attuned vertical campus—designed not just for productivity, but for resilience and renewal.
