In this luxurious dune villa, architecture and landscape merge into a serene holiday retreat. Situated at the transition between open dunes and sheltered dune woodland, the home naturally follows the contours and elevation changes of the Dutch coastal landscape. From every level of the villa, a different perspective unfolds: open spaces with sweeping sea views and intimate areas designed for relaxation.
The design incorporates split levels that flow organically into terraces and outdoor living spaces, creating a seamless connection between indoors and outdoors. A mezzanine on the highest level offers a cozy retreat by the fireplace, with views of the setting sun. The integrated wellness facilities transform the villa into a complete luxury sanctuary, where comfort and indulgence go hand in hand.
The architecture combines clean horizontal lines and generous roof overhangs with expansive glazing, subtly inspired by the design language of the 1960s. Carefully crafted interior details, together with sustainable and natural materials, create a contemporary yet warm atmosphere. Timber façades and natural stone establish a harmonious connection with the surrounding landscape. The result is a villa that embraces the tranquility of the dunes while offering a modern and luxurious living environment—a place to fully unwind and experience nature.
