This contemporary apartment is designed as a warm, sophisticated retreat, where natural materials, soft tones, and carefully controlled lighting create a sense of comfort and timelessness.
The social areas are organized around an open-plan kitchen and living space, with a generous central island finished in natural stone becoming the main architectural element. Warm wood cabinetry extends across the walls, concealing functional areas while creating visual continuity throughout the space. Fluted glass cabinetry adds texture and transparency, balancing the solidity of the wood and stone.
The private areas follow the same material language. Bedrooms combine light wood paneling, neutral textiles, soft upholstery, and warm indirect lighting to create calm and intimate environments. Decorative details in brass and natural stone introduce subtle touches of sophistication without compromising the minimalist character.
The project explores the relationship between warmth and simplicity, using a restrained palette of wood, stone, white, and beige to create an interior that feels contemporary, welcoming, and enduring.
