under the open sky.
To outside, Refreshing your perception and
knowledge of the natural beauty with the whole 360 degrees perspective garden
of the 14-hectare Court Hey Park.
In the middle of Sky Void, with solar
panel, we use natural solar energy efficiency for reducing running cost of the
electric, CO2 emissions and sustainable design.

physically. On the roof and wall, we can have the nature growing experience
near Pot plant.
Drape Veil
Watering and planting Veil the
architecture, and architecture assimilates the surrounding beautiful natural
flower landscape, it is the positive impact architectural landscape on the
natural environmental sustainable design with natural materials.
Drape has automatic watering and shading to
reduce water loss.
A part of Drape Veil is Pot plant storage
area with watering and shading system open to the weather, more than 840 m2
surface.
Porous Shell
Many Porous voids give us the natural light
and wind for the ventilation to the inside space.
Structure is RC Shell (reinforced concrete
shell), the shell form reduces the structural load and the amount of the
concrete, because the shell form is the natural fundamental shape like ROOT of
TREE, PLANT.
Inside space does not have column, it is
full flexible space, and we can change the space layout for the variety of functions
with movable partition with installation of telecommunication/ Broadband IT in
the floor. The shell is single surface, the construction is quite simple, smart
and the term of construction is short and reducing the cost with 3D(3 dimension)
modeling and analysis computer , it is the innovative the architectural design
and the construction technique.

Brick is the historical material in the site;
the architecture is built by the brick. Creating new architecture is the
succession of the local history, culture and memory.
The surface of Sky Void and the Pedestrian
is created by the brick which is detached from the demolished architecture
surface and white paint for the extension of the life of the brick, and reducing
the cost of the construction.
