important parameters:
- Integrating building with site plan and landscape around, which led to public plazas and inner yards, sky gardens, merged facade shaders with green spaces.
- The project is part of urban development, where the policy is about public services not official zone, but the deal was to creat a complex which cover both functions.
- This project stablish energy efficiency policies, so tht should be like a leader, so we consider LEED criteria in almost everywhere, From ground to sky, interior to facade.
Site plan and urban develoment:
- District 22 in Tehran is the only part of the city where highrise residential construction is permitted, so we faced and compressed urban grid, considering unbuilt grounds dedicated to public functions like educational centers, cultural and entertaing complexes and shopping centers.
- Urban development policies advice restricting measurments in this restrict, from access points to zone surfaces, in this project because site boarders overlap with lake margins we there should not be any hedge or fences, so issus like security, public access, official zone, city plaza and urban policies merged together.
