Winner of an international design competition, this mixed-use complex is located on Abu Dhabi’s Corniche. The sculptural forms of the 52- and 64-storey towers, and the undulating roofs of the base pavilions, use the evocative imagery of waves, sand, and water to establish Nation Towers as a premier residential, retail, and hospitality address in the Gulf Region. At the height of 202 metres, the towers are joined by the world’s highest interconnecting bridge.
The orientation of the towers optimizes views of the water and the city. With abundantly landscaped grounds, the complex is connected to the beach, the hotel’s beach club, and pool pavilion across the Corniche with a tunnel that passes under the wide waterfront boulevard.
The complex includes the St. Regis, a five-star, 350-room luxury hotel that features the presidential suite in the interconnecting bridge. The taller tower contains two-storey loft apartments and serviced apartments, while the other houses the hotel above an office component. Luxury retail space occupies the podium levels. Each building component has a separate and distinct entrance while benefiting from shared support services.
