district . This is a mixed-use
complex that offers
a new lifestyle, providing in the

center, and preserving the horizontal dimension tothe length and
breadthof the land, to a
variety of uses that will create a vibrant, fun and
healthy 24/7 district, by mixing a large variety of sports, outdoor, indoor and aquatic,
and commercial-recreational activities such as restaurants, cafes, bars that will add vitality and fun to the nightlife. From the urban and architectural point of view, the development seeks to enhance the landscape opportunities
maximizing the views from the building
to the city and from the city to

paths, bikeways, streets, highways, buses, aquatic.
