Situated on a stunning coastal site in Newquay, the Narrowcliff development will introduce 140 new homes with dedicated amenity spaces across three buildings.
This landmark project thoughtfully integrates with the area's distinctive context and character. Its materiality, scale, and overall design have been meticulously refined through extensive consultation.
Inspired by the rugged layers of the coastal landscape and the rhythmic bay patterns of the surrounding streetscape, the development’s façade creatively combines two bay typologies—one emphasizing verticality and the other horizontality. This interplay produces a dynamic roofline that reflects the local architectural vernacular. The result is a sustainable and visually striking design that harmonizes with the site’s unique coastal setting.
