Designed by rising Architect Bonstara Soriano of Skyline Design Concept, this simple rendering of a residential building can tell many stories beyond eye can see. Our commitment to meet the challenges of the changing times and to meet standards and set new standards in architectural design. Navotas City is part of a risk prone areas in Metro Manila in terms of flood and other natural disasters; not to mention the poor community planning and government action in providing proper infrastructures to improve the community in the vicinity. As we examine the area, we realized that most homes completely ignore following the building code that sets the standards in proper construction and planning. We encountered different challenges along the way that made us decide to create a model that the community can referenced with in the future. The Designers carefully planned the spaces, functionality, materials, technology, practicality and design that meets the personality of the client. Guided by a clear mission and focused goal to architecturally design and build a disaster resilient residential building.Full blast construction was set for January 3, 2013 while groundbreaking was scheduled early December of 2012. The project will be a landmark project in the community in terms of space management of a 98Sqm. lot that includes the following: 2 car port, 2 unit rentable pad, sky garden and function areas, 3 bedroom, 1 master's bedroom with walk-in closet, maids quarter, 6 T&B, dirty kitchen, roof deck with prayer room & altar, bar, indoor garden and other amenities that promotes well being. Project turn-over is scheduled on July 2013 with expectations that this will serve the purpose of a true functioning home that befits a community. All thanks goes to the support of the city building officials and local government of Navotas City which made part of the team in making this model home a reality.
