The concept for the design of the Namad apartment project originated from the idea of creating a distinctive facade that respects the main alleyway's context, establishing a unique identity without disrupting the visual experience for passersby. One of our biggest challenges was incorporating a cantilever that extends outward from the main facade plane. We addressed this by adding several vertical panels and creating contrast through the materials' colors. Additionally, by introducing a deliberate cross-patterned irregularity, we achieved a different visual perspective from both the west and east sides of the facade.
