Nam Ban is a small town located not too far from the center of Da Lat city. It is quiet, the climate is cool and fresh, and is well-deserved as a place to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
The house is designed with one floor on the slope, so the spaces are located on different levels. The common spaces are arranged in front near the road, located lower and use the most of the wide view towards the valley. The private space is arranged in the back, quieter and surrounded by flower gardens and trees.
Overall shape dispersion. The main house is a combination of two separate 5.7m width rectangular blocks and a connecting curved wall. The intersection points create the interesting point of the spaces. The design uses rustic materials such as natural stone, wood, sprayed walls and polished concrete floors.
