The building is arranged in such a way that it creates a new setting for urban life, a square whose function is to be a place for rest and a meeting point, protected from the strong winds and conveniently shaded. With an L-shaped volumetry, maximum flexibility is achieved here. Each floor can be divided into multiple configurations, offering premises from 50 to 1200 m2 on each floor. The building is accessed through the new square, which also connects with the existing buildings. The façade is a series of large vertical aluminium slats projecting outwards perpendicular to the front of the building in order to protect the glass panes from the sun. Thus, a great sense of openness and solar protection are simultaneously achieved.
