Mythos continues the tradition of Greek food that has accompanied Grupo Mythos and Ouzeria for a few years now. Inspired by the emblematic design of the Greek estiatories and the love for Greek cuisine, the space seeks to be the ideal host for the conviviality between friends and family using food as the excuse par excellence to share the table with the authentic experience of eating and drinking in the Mediterranean.
Despite being located in a commercial-office complex, the design intends to replicate the sensation of being at sidewalk-level greek restaurant like the group's current estiatories, an open space that reveals all its essence and invites everyone to stay for the whole experience.
The main hall, a double-height space framed by large wooden beams, rough plaster walls, wood furniture and floors is equipped with large tables, which allows family gatherings and long conversations between friends around the indoor olive tree, which, accompanied by natural woven lamps and warm lighting, create the Mediterranean atmosphere that transports you in an instant.
Located in Downtown Santa Fe, the restaurant has two menu possibilities and three settings for users with different needs, dining lounge, bar & takeout. Separated only by a plant barrier, Mythos Takeout is designed for users with less availability of time who are looking for the same experience. The wooden structures of the interior are moved to the exterior, accompanied by abundant vegetation and an open kitchen creating a gastronomic corridor that invites users to stay in this casual environment, but within the same spatial experience.
