The client requested an apartment over an existing construction (Commercial Shops). The project was aimed to a family usage.
The proposal was done considering the original construction, and adapting this to the new request.
The apartment design was then organized as follows: an entrance leading to a working space and the living/dining room. Spaces for kitchen, bedrooms and services. Balconies were designed with the best orientation, facing the mountain.
The image design was accompanied by the idea of respecting the existing construction, with slight Avant guard modifications in the work.
