This small piece of the city extends over an entire block and is located on the grounds of a former industrial site. Located in the south-west of Villeurbanne between Aynard, Richelieu, Passy and Lafontaine streets, this urban reconversion scheme offers a variation in the program and is organized in vertical superposition around a green pedestrian walkway.
Six buildings dedicated to housing, ranging from four to nine storeys, rise two by two on a common base which houses shops and offices.
The heart of the block is extensively cleared in order to create a large central garden and an alleyway providing access from not to south.
