The project consists of 41 passive apartments, private gardens and a communal roof garden. The original apartment block had to be demolished due to the deterioration of the building and its poor integration in the site. Our initial priority was to provide an identity to the building façade facing the alley and advertise its presence to the surrounding area (Le Botanique). The large porch both promotes circulation with the road and gives the residents privacy.
