Open to all races and creeds, the Museum of Tolerance installs - for the first time in Latin America - a learning center that illuminates the damage created by intolerance. Despite that intolerance is responsible for the suffering and extermination of millions of human beings, the school should be a living space attuned to learning and education, and displaying through permanent as well as itinerant exhibitions and other activities, the crucial subjects pertaining both to past history and present times: racism, slavery, inquisition, anti-Semitism, Holocaust, terrorism, discriminations against women and ethnical groups, religious conflicts, child labor and other examples of intolerance.
