Museum of the Moon is a museum that delivers different aspects of the moonlightings by exploring it. Visitors have this opportunity to visit moon paintings under the natural moonlight. The main concept is to orbit in the museum as moon orbit around the world. This museum has three main sections encompassed the entrance or moon rising hall, mid-section, and main gallery. People can cease and enjoy moon rising at the beginning of their exploration in the main hall. People follow the ramps in the mid-section to reach the ground floor; each tilted wall in the mid-section has been covered by the brushed material to allow the moonlight bounce down and reflect. In the main gallery, each painting elaborates the moon in the sky in different position and height. Based on the height of the moon in the paintings, the painting has a specific height in the museum. Thus, people explore different height in a hierarchy based on the moon position in the paintings. Visitors explore the museum in the main gallery from the bottom of the gallery to the very top and after that; they can explore the real moon on the main deck.
All of the stairs have translucent edges that elaborate the poetical concept of blur feeling of the objects at the night time, delivering also a frightening feeling of the night.
