The Museum of Ice Cream has created their first project in Asia with Museum of Ice Cream Singapore. The project reclaims five existing barracks buildings in the Dempsey Hill neighborhood utilizing indoor and outdoor space for a completely immersive experience that is unique to Singapore. A new retail and café area and exterior gathering and event spaces mark the project as the most complete architectural intervention for the Museum to date.
