The complex is located on a plot of 4.5 hectares , formed by the intersection of Chelyuskintsev - Narodnogo ( Ekaterinburg, Russia . ) In close proximity to the center of business , political and financial life of the city . Within walking distance there are habitats of ground public transport , metro and railway station.
Create yard spaces to disclosure of the pond and park zones allows you to organize the visual connection with the water area p . Iset and the promenade with the dominant urban center.

The main volume is divided into two parts , classical and contemporary ( wavy ) . First floor is covered with red brick , for a combination of the volume of the building, with historic buildings . This solution allows us to emphasize the continuity of traditions in the new architecture . By dividing the building into two completely different style , formed the "gap" that is used as a green zone or observation deck .
Above is the undulating volume, which creates the illusion of movement , resembling drapery wave. Such a solution is formed from the bay windows of forming a ledge. By changing the angle of bearing walls , improved insolation premises from the north- east and north-west.
