The building is designed on difficult terrain, on the sloping plane near the Cascade complex. It is a multifunctional building, but the main part are of the apartments of the 2 floors up, in the building are spa center , a hotel, a supermarket and a 3 floor Parking underground and top floor is penthouses. The building has Dalan, where it goes through the road
The building is a reinforced concrete-framed structure with a monolithic floor slab for the center corridor of each floor and precast floor planks spanning the distance between the exterior walls and the central corridor. The building exterior is tuff stone.
