Multi-family
residential building, first prize in the competition organized by TBS
in Gliwice.On an irregular plot we designed a building in the
shape of an elongated letter Z. Three storeys are designed for flats
whereas the ground floor is destined for garages, storerooms and
other technical functions of the building. Despite the complex
spatial determinants we designed the building that thanks to its
simple form and scale fits in the localization. At the same time
thanks to the colors and elevations it will comprise a clear element
of urban composition.
The building
consist of four sections that is 28 apartments with a total floor
