This Activity Centre is built for the use of the St. Francis Xavier Academy for the Differently Abled, run by Caritas - Goa for the Archdiocese of Goa.
Children who are Differently-Abled study at the Academy and use this space for a variety of activities as part of their learning and development.
Constructed with a reinforced cement concrete frame of columns and beams with an infill of exposed local laterite stone and clay hollow blocks and a projected clay tile sloping roof, the building reflects an energy efficient consciousness while presenting an organic aesthetic.
