Mr.Radheesh Residence is built in a 1200 Sft of Land-area with sufficient setback as per the building bye-laws prescribed & also planned according to Vastu. The House is planned on a modular grid planning method. Later the grid is adjusted to accommodate the specific use of space. The Elevation is treated with Slate Stone Cladding & Glass Handrails in Open Terrace & Balcony. Metal and Aluminium shading devises is planned to cut of the direct heat on the terrace.
