The owners needed to get on the ground floor a double bedroom and a comfortable bathroom.At the same time they want to retain as much as possible the existing living room.After retrieving the alignments, CAFElab has divided the living area from the sleeping area, trough a corridor which conceals the stairs, where is the new bathroom. The existent living room gains livability and brightness.
