More White Than Off-White
Minimalism with a Classic Whisper – Chavchavadze Avenue, Tbilisi
This 112 m² apartment, designed for a family of four, explores the nuanced elegance of white — not just as a color, but as a concept. Named “More White Than Off-White,” the project reflects a quiet pursuit of light, clarity, and balance within a compact urban layout.
The open-plan living and kitchen area stands at the core of the design — where crisp white surfaces meet soft curves, moldings, and rich textures. A sculptural sofa floats effortlessly within the space, accompanied by curated furniture that adds personality without disturbing the calm. The TV wall, framed with Wall&Deco wallpaper and classic detailing, grounds the interior in timeless charm.
Muted mint green, gray, and black accents layer the space with subtle contrast, while premium materials and lighting bring a quiet sense of luxury. Beyond the studio zone, two bedrooms, a bathroom, and clever storage solutions complete the plan — all unified through a consistent visual language.
This is a home where minimalism doesn’t strive to impress but to soothe. Where every detail whispers — not shouts. A restrained yet expressive interpretation of urban living, where white is not absence, but presence.
