We introduce you to another of our projects, located on Chavchavadze Avenue, Tbilisi. The area of the apartment is 112 m2. The apartment is for a family of four members. The design task was the correct functional distribution of the space and the maximum use of the space, which we hope successfully managed.
The apartment includes a studio combined living and kitchen area, two bedrooms, one bathroom, and a storage.
We used several gradations of off-white color in the whole area, which are combined with light mint green, black, and gray accents. Also, there are used well-known brands, which give the house a special touch and a luxurious effect.
The studio area is one of the outstanding spaces of the house. In it, we find a combination of minimalistic and classic merged in one whole composition. Because the floor and walls are decided in white tones, the emphasis is placed on the furniture and decorative elements. Classic aesthetics are created by moldings and "Wall&deco" wallpaper on the TV wall. An attractive element is a white, soft sofa, which brings lightness to the space. "The Wall" coffee table is also a colorful and original element that adds individual touches to the interior.
