In one of the most important avenues of Mexico City, Calzada de Tlalpan, this medium-sized housing proposal has been developed with 27 apartments.
The premise has been to capture the immediate context within the same architecture so that the building feels typical of a busy avenue.
In the first instance, the facade stands out for a grid, both in vertical and horizontal curved lines, which provides dynamism to the building, creates the sensation of movement, and generates privacy in the interior. With this solution, the property is also used a little more, whose regulations asked us to set the building 5 meters from Calzada de Tlalpan, and a set of terraces is generated so that some of the departments add an outdoor space.
The building reaches 10 levels, with 3 apartments per floor and a lower level for parking. The apartments coincide in terms of distribution, but they change in size: there are units of 60, 65, and 80 square meters, according to the different needs of the condominium owners.
