Monte Carlo
is a traditional bakery in Fortaleza that made a big change with magnification. The interventions resulted in a 500m²
store, that even during the works, didn’t stopped working even one day. In
addition to a challenging project required a very complex piece of engineering, which reflects the
diversity of products and services that includes space. While serving as a
convenience store, bakery and confectionery are still traditional, along with
restaurant, coffee shop, delicatessen and takeaways. The setting uses various
types of wood material chosen because of its versatility, functionality and

in the wood ensure the privacy of gourmet preserves and transparency of glass
to view the shop. Wood strips on the roof heat the environment.
Good
circulation is characterized environments, at times separated by exhibitors,
sometimes by bookcases with glass bottom. The gourmet receive concierge desk
with recessed lighting. Various types of wood were used for furniture, doors
and roof details. The frames are made of aluminum bronze and green glasses.
