The project is formed by two volumes with three levels each that hold 11 apartments. The last level has a roof garden and it has a parking level with space for sixteen apartments and one for handicapped.
The vehicular access as well as the pedestrian access are both located at Monrovia street, the parking level is connected through a stair right to the lobby, which leads to the vertical circulations that connect all the other levels up to the roof garden.
The first volume has 5 apartments and the second volume, the one at the back, has 6 apartments. Both are connected though the vertical circulation core located at the middle of the project, composed by a stair and two cubes at each side to illuminate and ventilate the access to the apartments. These cubes are converted into patios when they reach the lobby.
The vehicular access leads to the basement. The pedestrian access leads to three apartments, the first one with a garden that faces the front façade. Behind the vertical circulation core are located the other two apartments completely symmetrical with internal patios each.
The first level has four apartments with the same distribution as the ones at the lobby. All the apartments located in the front volume have terraces that belong to the front façade. The apartments of the back volume are also symmetrical but they don´t have terraces.
The second level has 4 apartments identical to the ones in the first level, but these four have stairs that lead to the third level, to their roof gardens which have a TV room and a terrace each.
