The Modulo Alto de
Pinheiros reinforces the
concept of innovative
design in harmony with
the environment.
The metal structure secured to work
quickly was built in ten months.
With exposed beams and pillars, this
structure gives the modern feature
set. The building has no walls and
is surrounded by metal fences and
vegetation.
The greenery strengthens presence in
front of the central building. A metal
railing supports, by means of hooks,
more than 30 bib of prefabricated
concrete, complete with an irrigation
system. Thus, the condo is in harmony
with the whole of the wooded
urban neighborhood.
The lower building, transparent open
to the entire city, is accentuated with
high ceilings and oversized windows.
Private balconies for outdoor meetings
were incorporated to ensuring a
work environment focused on creativity
and light.
The building is integrated into the
neighborhood through its plaza. The
plaza area is home to benches and
gardens, which are an invitation to
harmony between the office and the
environment.
