We have developed our own modular construction system and offer a high-quality product with a very competitive price and delivery time. It is a totally precast system, manufactured product in a factory.
The construction work is limited to assembly. We get to accelerate the construction process and also improve the quality of the finished product. The quality of the final product is not comparable with traditional construction.
A stadium prototype with a capacity from 2,000 up to 45,000 seats. Within the minimum distance recommended the pitch. The main building houses the areas of -Players, -Authorities, -VIP, -Press and Conference room. Ensuring comfort and full functionality according to FIFA recommendations. Ancillary services to the general public focus on the inner side of the corridor: cafes, public toilets, medical first aid with entries of emergency vehicles. The grandstands are distributed through a central ring that leads to the stairs of the vomitories.
Our construction system consists chronologically:
• Civil works and Foundations of reinforced concrete.
• Structure: Bolted Steel Structure made up by standard rolled profiles.
• Grandstands: Precast concrete stands “L” shaped section.
• Covering: Supported on the metallic structure, there are two material options: Metallic roof (bolted folded steel sheet) or Textile roof (tensed PVC membrane/mesh).
• Façade: Supported by the metallic sub-structure, there are two material options: Metallic façade (bolted folded steel sheet) or Textile façade (tensed/compressed fabric mesh).
• Facilities: Including Electricity, Plumbing+Sewage, Irrigation + Drainage of the pitch, Lighting, PA system and electronic scoreboards.
• Seating: Standard PVC seating for the general public and folded with arms for VIP tribune and Authorities.
• Buildings: Built with a modular construction system. Including The Main building (Dressing rooms, VIP, Staff and Media areas) and All Auxiliary buildings (toilets, accesses, snack bars and medical centre).
