The project is a four-story, twenty nine-unit building located in Nassau County, Long Island constructed with stacked modular units installed over a concrete and steel foundation. The individual modular units connected to provide the apartment dwelling units and came to site fully furnished.
The exterior of the building is dressed in Nichiha fiber-cement panels installed as a rain screen system, which provides a cohesive look to the entire structure.
When built, it was the first four-story modular home in Nassau County. The modular construction allowed for an efficient construction schedule and limited interruptions for the winter months.
