My Innovative project for mobile housing. The main idea was to include in one place all advanced building and modular techniques and to prepare one affording house cost price for every family. Modular units, simple and fast factory production, easy on site montage, solar panels, vacuum tubes, paraffin batteries, water geothermal pumps, sufficient solid panel isolation to provide normal living conditions etc. Everything is prepared according to passive housing regulations.Unit dimension is adopted on world transport regulations, as normal shipping container 242x720+cm and can be quickly transported and assembled on already prepared parcel, with innovative infrastructure installations. Modular units are fully equipped and furnished in the defined factory process and therefore ready to be used immediately after installation. Module units can adopt to any
