Modular Atlantic Yards

Our profession is gradually showing interest in modularity, taking a page from the automobile industry. Atlantic Yards is a sticking point for many Brooklynites. It is a hard project to sell because of the potential it has to change the city as well as the dramatic negative impact it has already had. Modular design may be one way to soften the blow to residents.
