Lot 43 is .58 acre, and with an approximate 5.9% slope downhill to the northwest. Major mountain views of Mt Jefferson, South Sister and Mt Bachelor are available from the lot. The intent for the design of the home is for a single-story of 3,400 sf, with an oversized 2-car garage plus shop, and with a height in compliance of the 18’ height limit. A protected, private courtyard to the south is planned in order to extend the living space to the outdoors. A smaller view patio to the northwest will also be included.
