We are presenting to you an architectural exterior 3D visualisation of a duplex house designed in Austria. The semi-detached building was designed on the rectangular plan, though the separate houses were situated on the square plan. Dark grey colour together with a clear white elevation perfectly represent the idea of a currently modern style. We are sure potential customers would appreciate the concept of a wooden fence separating two properties, as it guarantees privacy to both families living in that duplex house, while spending their spare time on the terrace or by the pool. Moreover, there is a tool shed hidden inside, which is quite convenient, as there is always a substantial need for more space. Another additional facility is a private roofed parking space placed right in front of the building with an easy and safe access to the road. It was built mainly with the usage of natural wood as a construction material.
Living space together with kitchen and dining area seems to be one of the most important places of each flat or house. Every day families spend their spare time there, discussing life events, sharing problems and celebrating smaller or bigger achievements. That is why such places must be perfectly balanced and suitable for each family member to make them feel comfortable. Nowadays, the modern style is on the leading ledge leaving behind other ideas of architects. Those particular interiors were designed in a simple, harmonious way with attention to every detail in consideration of colors, textures or accessories. White, clear taint with a greyish accent of a big corner sofa and blueish cushions triggers an impression of a complete modern style, without not always demanded extravagance. Additionally, dark, wooden floor installed in the whole living space joins the areas and enhance the open space feeling. Simple, geometrical shapes of tables, bookshelves or cupboards definitely support the overall architectural concept.
