SITE OF THE PROJECT
Located in the city of Aden, this lies on the Arabian Sea
Location in near the bridge road

The building consists of steel structure and shell-Concrete - Glass - Aluminum
The use of modern and contemporary style in construction which is inspired from the original local and arab heritage
The project consists of three interconnected lumps. The idea of the project is a philosophical idea taken from the ship or boat , which is the heritage of the city of Aden, where it is a part of its symbols, as Aden is a coastal city . It owns three pillars of the ship when we see it from the plan. The front part of the ship has a corner (part) that is moving forward and that represents the progress and continuous development in the field of modern art as per the philosophy of the project.
The other two pillars represent the art and creativity as well as the movement of the waves and the streamline in linking the three lumps.
- On elevations appears the quoted idea which means the ship, punctuated by horizontal lines resembling the waves of the sea and the timber of the ship which are links between the blocks and windows.
