Silhouette of MOD residential complex represents three simple towers standing on minimalistic stylobate.
Concept of the project bases on alternative scopes and combination of multifunctional solutions. The project is a combination of coziness, comfort and warm place united in one massive structure.
Conception of minimalistic rhythm applies to every single detail of the project including buildings’ view from the suburbans, façade details, landscape and interiors.
Architectural decisions of the project are based on the contrast between the simplicity of the proportions and brightness of emotional details.
Tops of three minimalistic and thin tower structures are fixed up with an expressive bright “crown” which represents high-ceileged glassed penthouses.
Every single detail of the complex including facades elements, landscape pieces and interior items provides the idea of minimalistic comfort with particular highlighted details.
From various viewpoints the structure of the complex is perceived differently. From a long distance all you can see is just a simple silhouette, but when getting closer to the buildings they become more complicated with some extended details and additional volumes.
Five additional volumes are on the contrast to the lapidary buildings of the main complex. Three of them are represented by the tops of the towers built as glowing amber completions which are the top floors penthouses with the best views. The other two volumes are arranged on the top of stylobate.
The irregular greenery pattern allows to divide complex’s area into several functional zones including playgrounds and sports grounds, areas for quiet and active games and just common areas which are isolated and combined to each other at the same time.
Green areas of the complex form a system of mazes including playgrounds and sports areas. This landscape decision creates an additional sense of coziness in the central area of the courtyard, and allows to separate spaces from each other to provide proper safety for each playground.
