Mobile
structure for mobile life
This project is an offer aimed at creation of a
mobile structure for low-income groups. Number
of inhabitants in megalopolis
increases daily and problems grow simultaneously. On the one hand these people are new labor forces that is profitable in
intellectual activity. On the other hand
their support is an acute problem. The more population of the city is
the wider and denser it becomes and environmental conditions are
getting worse consequently.
The main problems of
megalopolis are lack of dwelling for low-income
groups and traffic jams in which millions
of people waste their time.
The project solves a
lot of problems such as town planning, transportation, financing, power supply
and environmental problems . It enables people to live in comfort conditions.
Every inhabitant of
megalopolis dreams to leave in private
affordable housing within walking distance
from the workplace.
The skyscraper is
designed as developing structure in all areas depending on town planning requirements.
It can be
located anywhere -in the center of the city or in the
outskirts. Construction is made of rhombic
structural elements .It can be assembled in historical part of the city not
disturbing it. It can be also moved from
one place to another ,i.e. it may be disassembled and assembled many times
and may change its location. This is a
part of our creative concept in the
project. A huge megalopolis with its
micro-districts and community centers may be constructed from one and the same structure . Structure enables to solve transportation
problem. If each man lives near the place of work or study there is
no transportation problem .
In the project we use
lightweight construction to achieve minimum weight. The building is self-sufficient
and environmentally friendly, it is able to generate electricity and to collect
water. When it rains water is collected in special tanks in the lower part of
the building, it is purified and suitable
for residential use. Upward and downward movement of people in the building is effected by
means of robotic elevator.
The structure may
contain hundreds of suitable for life modules. Dwelling is affordable for each dweller whether
a student on an average employee of the
company.
This project enables people
from low-income groups to live independently.
Arrangement of green
spaces is an acute problem in cities. City dwellers spend 90% of their time
indoors thus breaking connection with nature. Leaving far from nature we cannot
use its calming influence thus we undermine our mental and physical health ,
people can hardly bear discomfort stress
of a big city and they are often ill.
Therefore we pay
special attention to arrangement of
green spaces. In each structure in a certain amount of modules greenery is planted
to enjoy the nature.
The project envisages
for community centers, shops ,schools, kindergartens ,hospitals and essential
service within the structure.
Each module is identical
and contains living space and technical facilities. They are delivered and
installed with the help of robotics . The living space has all necessary conveniences for life. Technical
facilities include sanitation ,air conditioning, heating. Solar panels are
built into windows of living space to
generate electric power. Power supply is wireless.
There are wind turbines in the upper parts of
the building for additional electric power generation and in case of lack of
solar illumination
Our project is aimed
at environmental protection and reduction of dependence on transportation. Our
structure uses only renewable energy sources. Electric power for dwellers will
be generated by natural sources-sun and wind. Water will be recycled with the
help of internal purification system.
