The only thing you have to do is loading your module on a tir and leave for the next center Mo.Ho; where you can choose the right accommodation for your "house"! the removal will not be a big problem but just a trip for you and your home.
We have created a modular system easily transportable across seas and lands. each module ,indeed, could be reduced in the size of a standard container.
The module which arrived at destination will be housed in two different kind of towers: “Mo.Ho.” tower or “Mo.Ho” skyscraper, real vertical city which includes houses, squares, small sport's centre , shopping areas and public facilities.
All the sites in the structure are totally available and everyone can choose the plan, the view and exposure.
The home can also be expanded with the easily addition of one, two, three units to the one you already have.
The modules’ wiring and utility hookups are all centered in one spot so as to facilitate ease when disconnecting the module from one Mo.Ho. and connecting it into another.

The simple structures, prefabricated and made with steel, allow the reuse of all materials and a minimal impact on the land thanks to equipment such as: solar collectors, photovoltaic panels, rainwater collection, white water recycling, pneumatic waste collection, we will realize buildings almost entirely ecologically sustainable.
