The house is located in a land of 10mts x 33mts in Vicente Lopez, a suburb of the province of Buenos Aires, close to the Rio de la Plata and the coastal park, were the sky is marked by the path of the aeroplanes arriving at the airport.
The area has a very low density, with some houses resting on dividing walls and others with free perimeter with low fences with lush vegetation.
The house assumes an urban compromise undertaking the reglamentary heights and retreats of the area. It shares the right dividing wall with a modern house of the '60s and releases its perimeter in relation to the other neighbour house of the beginning of century.
The alternating succession of courtyards with different proportions, determines a dynamic volumetry. The house is on two floors plus a basement that illuminates and ventilates through an english court.
Relations between spaces are fluid, where boundaries are blurred and the visual reach very long distances with natural light.
The access is solved with a gallery where the garden mixed with the one of the neighbour. On the ground floor, a conglomerate of functions as kitchen, stairs and toilet, articulate and define different places. The hall is also a waiting room of a psychologist office that through a wooden door reaches the privacy required. Kitchen and living room are integrated and its relationship with the outside is given through a set of wooden windows, a large overhang protects from rain and sun and frames a view of trees, with north orientation.
Upstairs, the staircase, and playroom, separates the master bedroom from the bedrooms of the children.
