Mizu Sushi is a Japanese Sushi takeaway store located in Moonee Ponds, Melbourne. The client brief was to design a simple but effective fit out that incorporates a neutral color palette. Another aspect of the brief was to experiement with different kinds of patterns and textures that add different visual effects within the store. Materials used are a range between dark and birch light timbers, corian and a range of patterned wallpapers.
