Beyond matters of function and structure, the fundamental intention of the design is to deliver and clearly express the client’s development aspirations. Avant Garde in its design approach, the development delivers its attitudes and values from an urban design street level through to thoughtful and improved interior design of commercial and staff amenity space.
A new landmark for Hurstville that is both Crafted-Object and Designed-Product with technologies incorporated into its materials specification including titanium dioxide coated cladding for decomposing toxic nitrogen oxide particles from car omissions at an absorbance rate equal to 4773m2 of forest.
