Thrid year Studio - I had to design a mixed use building with a complex situation as the most exposed side of the building was facing West. I tackled this situation by creating a buffer zone. A green wall and a void was separating the building from the harsh sun. Different arrangements of a shelving system also help in keeping direct sunlight out of the building.
