This is a 6-story mixed-use building located off of Central Park North in Harlem, with a total of (five) 2 BR units and (one) commercial space at the ground floor. The building offers residence an outdoor urban green space located at the roof of the commercial space. Each unit occupies the entire floor and is outfitted with Energy Star stainless steel appliances, including dishwashers, as well as in-unit washers and dryers. There is a shared outdoor space at the roof of the building.
It is a sustainable building, with insulation exceeding what is required by energy code, energy-efficient windows and roofing, and an efficient split unit system providing both heating and cooling to the tenants.
The building brings a modern aesthetic to the area with creative use of traditional building materials. The front facade has a gradation of brick from a dark grey base to white as it reaches the sky.
