Demolition of an old run-down restaurant and the design and construction of a new restaurant building, taking in the beach-side holiday atmosphere of Hastings St Noosa. Features two sides of glass sliding doors to open the building to the street, retained Poinciana trees to the outdoor dining deck to give dappled light and a soft street connection. We retained the original rock wall to the street and extended this as a feature wall. The interior designer, Paul Kelly, has created a relaxed and classy beach-side bar and restaurant.
